Eagle Rare 17 year-old is one of the five bourbons included in the award-winning Buffalo Trace Antique Collection. This rare bourbon is released in small quantities once a year in the fall. Nose: Dark candied fruit, cigar boxes, cinnamon. Taste: Delicate and dry. Hints of leather, vanilla and tobacco. Finish: Lingering, with a hint of toffee.

Distilled in the spring of 2002, this bourbon matured on the first floor of warehouse P. Like last year, it’s bottled at 101 proof, where it will remain going forward.
