You will be submitting an order for the kinds and quantities of products you indicate in the order form when you click on the purchase confirmation button on the payment details page. All orders will incorporate our terms of sale.  

1. By clicking on the order form purchase confirmation button on the payment details page, you will be submitting an order which will incorporate all these terms. We reserve the right not to accept your order, in which case we will not have any further obligation to you.

2. We may accept the whole or part of your order, both in respect of the kinds of products ordered and the quantity of products ordered. The price will be reduced accordingly.

3. Our obligation is to deliver the products at the delivery address you have specified in your order to a person who must be at least 21 years old to order and who appears to be authorised to take delivery.  We may deliver the products at any time during the day.

4. Please be sure toread our shipping policy carefully and understand the shipping requirements before placing any order through our website.

 5. Due to our strict policy of not shipping alcohol to minors, please be advised that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXPLANATION. Thank you for your understanding.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS LIMIT, AND IN SOME CASES EXCLUDE ALTOGETHER, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

1. We will not have any responsibility or liability for the non-delivery of any products unless either a) all of the products charged for are not delivered, or b) you give us full details of the shortages within 7 working days of the part delivery.

2. Our total liability to you for the non-delivery of any products is limited to delivering the products to you within 10 days of your telling us about the non-delivery or, at our option, crediting your account with the value of the products not delivered. Vintages may vary from those shown.

3. Our total liability to you in respect of any substitute products which you have told us are not acceptable to you is limited to crediting your account with the amount debited to your account in respect of the substitute products. If the substitute goods are not of a similar kind, and of an equal or higher value, as those described in the promotion we will also credit your account with the delivery charge.

4. All orders placed through our website (www.LuekensLiqours.com) will be processed at our warehouse.

5. You must tell us about any problems by email at list@luekensliquors.com or by calling 727-736-6378.

6. Luekens Liquors does not accept any responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods arising from incorrect delivery information being provided.

7. All goods are held to be at the buyers risk from the point of delivery to the buyer. Loss or damage noted at the point of delivery should be signed for accordingly and claims should be made in writing or via e-mail within three days.

8. This list and its conditions of sale cancel all previous lists, however Luekens Liquors reserves the right to amend its price lists, quotations, invoices and credit notes to correct any errors.

9. Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to order or receive alcohol from this website. Also, the person signing for the order upon delivery must also be at least 21 years old.
