FedEx ShippingWe do not ship spirits outside Florida, only wine and beer.-We only ship out Tuesday through Thursday.-We do not ship 1.5L or 1.75L.-Our cut-off time for orders is 12:00 pm eastern time, any wine orders that are received after that will be process the following business day.-Currently these are the states we can ship to;
AZ, CA, CO, CT, D.C., FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NE, NC, NM, ND, NY, OH, OR, SC, TN, VA, VT, WA, WV, WY & WI.-We also reserve the right to delay release of any order to ensure product quality and protection from adverse weather conditions.-When viewing shipping rates at checkout, please understand that shipping alcohol requires an adult signature upon delivery. FedEx charges an additional fee for this service, which is why alcohol shipments are more costly than other retail products of the same size and weight.-FedEx gives three attempts before your wine is returned, additional charges (13%) will apply if your purchase is returned, re-stocked, or reshipped. Tracking number is sent with every order when shipped.-The Weather: We will not be responsible for any damages caused by weather. Note, that it's your responsibility to know the weather conditions in your area. If it's too hot or too cold in your region, we'll be happy to hold your order until conditions are right for you to have it shipped. We offer this service at no additional charge and will hold it until we are comfortable with weather conditions. To notify us of this, simply put a note in the comment section at checkout or reply to your order email confirmation.-Special packaging for FedEx shipments - Carriers required special shipping boxes to protect your product during its transit. We apply a packaging rate charge for this at the end of the order once you checkout. ($6.00)While Luekens Liquors strives to provide an efficient delivery process, we cannot be responsible for delays once your package is turned over to our delivery carrier. Any issues with product must be notified within 15 days of delivery.-Billing & Payment - Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the Luekens Representative has reviewed the order. Then the product is packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you or closed. |
